This combined comprehensive data review, stakeholder interview process, landscape analysis and more provides a guide for you and your executive team to build on what’s working and redirect the organization where necessary.  From strategy to structure to operations, no stone is left unturned – and you have the information you need for a period lasting from six months to two years.

This is the most visible of Leslie’s services – and even it is designed to ensure immediate invisibility.  Some Assessments are followed by Strategic or Operational Alignment Sessions.  All include written and oral reports to those who participated. Stakeholder meetings are co-presented by you  – at which point you announce specific actions to be taken with action plans and expectations presented.

The outcomes and impact of the Assessment are directed, results-oriented, long lasting and measurable.
